The book "Inherit the Dust" consists of photographs by British photographer Nick Brant, which he has taken in parts of Africa where the impact on the environment has been enormous. From places where once beautiful animals lived, but they are no longer there.

Brandt erected a panel of life-size animals everywhere, placing it in a world of explosive urban development, factories, wastelands and quarries. So, a photo of a life-size photo, all made with black and white film and then printed to the size of a small movie screen.

The resulting wall-sized prints are impeccably beautiful, stunning and emotionally captivating.
