“Indigene” is traditionally made sparkling wine from Jura.

The Tissot family has owned a winery in Jura region since 1962 and right now it’s led by Stéphane Tissot. Tissot´s winery is biodynamic and it is believed to be the one and only uncrowned king of Jura.

This specific sparkling wine ’’Indigene’’ is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Trousseau and Poulsard grapes. It has a really nice champagne-like nose of brioche and buttery development. In taste you can feel acidity, golden apples and beautiful creamy bubbles. Perfect aperitif and a good party starter.
