2018 “Patchwork” Chardonnay Tissot Jura

The Tissot family has owned a winery in Jura region since 1962 and right now it’s led by Stéphane Tissot. Tissot winery is biodynamic and it is believed to be the one and only uncrowned king of Jura.

“Patchwork” is made out of Chardonnay grape. In colour it is golden yellow and vibrant.

In the nose – golden plums and apples. In taste – elegant acidity and matured notes with some white pepper, brioche and golden apples. Suits well with whitefish dishes and vegetable courses.
