Ottavio Rube winery is located in Piemonte, Italy. It was started by Valli Unite cooperative in 1981, where Ottavio was one of the founders. It was a group of young winemakers who’s idea was to make wine organically and as a cooperative with a one farm approach, where vineyards lie amid beehives, farm animals, orchards and truffle filled woodlands. From honey to homemade salami and wine in between,
Ottavio Rube ’’Bianco’’ is a white wine made out of Cortese and Timorasso.
Bianco is slightly cloudy when poured. On the nose apples and a hint of saline. In taste – golden apples, nice minerality and a touch of pear. Perfect as an aperitif, good with poultry, cheese, rich seafood and raw shellfish
